 The SARS-CoV-2 virus is the main cause of pandemic viral pneumonia known as COVID-19. Therefore, hypothesis study to make systematic revision scientific linked immunological phenomenon COVID-19.
 Objectives: aim COVID-19, determine role T-lymphocytes.Methods: A search strategy was made through PICOS questions, based on PRISMA method. MeSH terms were looked up PubMed, Google Scholar SciELO (2019-2021). level quality sought according ranking Scimago institutions, H index journals assessed.
 Results: 43 articles included, clinic, diagnosis, treatment, pathogenesis compared. decrease TCD4 / CD8 lymphocytes shown patients with severe an increase CRP.Conclusions: COVID-19 characterized amongst critically ill patients. Monitoring those parameters could help understand progression disease.
